If it was possible I would give this experience several negative 5 star review. Purchased a backpack on June 4, which to date has not been delivered. I reached out multiple times through email and only got vague responses to delay fulfillment of my order. Then I found out that bag I purchased was no longer available so they offered a replacement. I accepted but still no bag was delivered. An issue with the delivery was flagged by their shipper that I had to find out on my own. No attempt to refund me or fulfill the order has been made since. I have reached out to my bank to cancel the transaction. Terrible experience and would advise against purchasing from this store if you are located in the US.
