Delivery time varies among location:

Express: 7-12  days

International Standard Shipping: 15-21 days

Flat Rate Shipping: 59-83 days

If you successfully claim a refund from us by any means, but end up receiving the order. You are responsible for returning the item and bare the shipping cost.

If the tracking status does not show "Delivered" after 3 months of shipping, we are eligible to claim for total loss from post office. If successfully claimed, we will provide customers a full refund.

After the order is successfully placed, the system will inform you of the tracking code by email.

The shipping price is based on the product's packaged weight, shipping location and shipping options.
