For Purchased item arrives defective or broken/ The wrong item has been sent to the customer:
FX Pop Up is only liable for these two circumstances mentioned above if the customer provides sufficient evidence and proof that the purchased item is not in alignment to the described condition mentioned on our website within 7 days from the date the customer receives the item.
Please contact our customer service team for arrangement. We may request for further photo evidence before commitment to any exchange and return.
We DO NOT take responsibility for shipments that are not delivered due to provision of wrong/insufficient address.
FX Pop-Up reserves the right for final judgement.
