Shipping policy

Delivery time varies among location:

Express: 7-12 working days

International Standard Shipping: 15-21 days

Flat Rate Shipping: 44-67 days

Due to COVID-19, the shipment may subject to delay for 3-8 weeks. Please check the tracking page for latest updates.

No refunds can be provided if you do not receive the item within the estimated shipping days plus the shipment delay time.

If the tracking status does not show "Delivered" after 3 months of shipping, we are eligible to claim for total loss from post office. If successfully claimed, we will provide customers a full refund.

After the order is successfully placed, the system will inform you of the tracking code by email.

The shipping price is based on the product's packaged weight, shipping location and shipping options.

You are responsible for duties, customs and local sale taxes charged by your country.

Shipments that are not delivered due to provision of wrong address, the customer is responsible for shipping charges and FX Pop Up do not assume responsibility.

FX Pop Up reserves the right to update its shipping policy at its sole discretion without prior notice.
