Love it

I was looking for an everyday backpack and this one has been great the suspension is very comfortable and the bags straps are non pinching. Love it.

Almost perfect!

I have no issues about the quality however it would be perfect if it had just one more internal pocket for smaller items and the inner top pocket could be moved to the bottom. The 'lid' is floppy by design and it tends to fold over if there's even a small weight like a passport in the top pocket.
