If you are not receiving your order, please check the followings:

2. Flat rate shipping: Please check if you have chosen flat rate shipping, this shipping could take 2-3 months to arrive. Once the order is placed, it cannot be changed. We appreciate your patience.

Assuming you make the first sales of the month as below:
Product Price: $110
Discount (5%): -$5.5
Shipping: $30
Subtotal: $74.5
Commission rate is determined by the tier you belong to when you make the sales:
Tier 3 (20%) : Sales revenue < or = $0 USD / Month
Tier 2 (25%) : Sales revenue < $100 USD / Month
Tier 1 (30%) : Sales revenue < $200 USD / Month
You are in Tier 3 at the beginning of each month.
Therefore, your commission will be Subtotal x commission rate:
(110-5.5-30) x 20% = $14.9
After this, you are in Tier 2, in which your commission rate for the next sales will be 25%.

The lucky draw will be held by the end of each month. The live video link will be sent via email.
The winner will be notified by email. The winner must confirm the prize by reply the email within 48 hours, otherwise, it will be considered as forfeiture of prize.
